Model DC-100-HTModel DC-100-HT

Overview

Available in three different sizes and capacities, Acrison’s Pulse-jet Dust Collectors have been designed primarily for use with Acrison’s dry solids metering/hoppering equipment as a clean, safe and efficient means to collect dust typically generated when product is loaded into an Acrison supplied storage hopper, and to prevent the dust from escaping into the atmosphere. In particular, the Model DC-100-HT Dust Collector has been specifically designed to operate in conjunction with certain model Acrison Bulk Bag Unloaders.

A blower draws dust into the bottom inlet of the Dust Collector and into its cartridge filtering system where air/dust separation occurs. Then upon completion of the dust collection process, a reverse blast of dry, filtered compressed air produced by a pulse-jet system, automatically cleans the exterior area of the cartridge filter (or filters), releasing the trapped material back into the supply or storage hopper upon which the Dust Collector is mounted. Only clean filtered air discharges into the atmosphere eliminating the need for any type of external venting requirements.

Features/Benefits

  • High Dust Collection Efficiency - collects 99.99% + of all dust entering the filtering media and is capable of trapping particles as small as 0.3 microns
  • Self-cleaning Cartridge Filter System – returns trapped dust back into the hopper upon which it is mounted, recirculates filtered air back into the environment and eliminates the need for special venting. The cartridge filters are cleaned by a reverse blast of compressed air (i.e., pulse jet).
  • All Steel Construction – provides long-term reliability with minimal maintenance requirements
