Acrison’s Model 580 Liquid Polymer Preparation Systems are designed with an extremely efficient, two-stage activation system that produces a precise, uniform and thoroughly activated solution. 

The exclusive Model 580 “two-stage” activation system (the combination of Acrison’s unique and patented Polymer Dispersion-Injector and Motorized Activation Chamber) ensures both gentle handling of liquid polymer (without exposing the fragile, elongated polymer chains to damaging energy) and an exceptionally high level of mixing efficiency.  Polymer short-circuiting and/or under-processed or over-processed polymer cannot occur.

  • All product contact parts are stainless steel or synthetic material
  • Operating pressure is 100 PSIG maximum and 20 PSIG minimum
  • Operated by an Allen-Bradley Pico Programmable Controller.  The control panel is NEMA 4X; power requirement is 115/1/60 VAC.
  • Various model sizes – Smallest unit can be supplied with a 0.42 GPH pump.  Largest unit includes a 15 GPH pump.
  • Suction lift up to 39 inches (varies with pumping rate and polymer viscosity)
  • Polymer viscosity up to 40,000 cps
